Itinerary

The All-Inclusive Passport Ticket provides full access to the entire Palace of Versailles estate, allowing you to explore every major site at your own pace in a single day. The ticket includes priority access to the Palace, where you can discover the State Apartments, the Hall of Mirrors, and the King’s and Queen’s private chambers. It also grants entry to the Trianon Estate, including the Grand Trianon, the Petit Trianon, and Marie-Antoinette’s Estate. You will also enjoy access to all gardens and park areas, including the musical fountains or musical gardens shows on days when they are scheduled. In addition, the ticket allows entry to the Carriage Gallery, the Jeu de Paume Room, and all temporary exhibitions available during your visit (subject to opening hours). This ticket is ideal for visitors seeking a complete, flexible, and worry-free experience of Versailles, with no additional tickets required

Additional Note

Your ticket(s) will be sent to your email address one day before your activity.
The tour begins with the castle (pre-booked time slot), then you can visit at your own pace.
The château closes at 6.30pm in summer, 5.30pm in winter. The gardens close at 8.30pm in summer, 6pm in winter.
Unique entrance in the Palace: any exit is final.
This tour may be difficult to access for guests with reduced mobility or walking difficulties

Confirmation

Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a receipt of booking by email. All tours can be will be confirmed within 1-2 business day.

Redemption

You will receive a confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order is received. Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Terms & Condition

Currency Fluctuations: All tour prices are current at the time of publication and are susceptible to currency fluctuations. We reserve the right to alter the tour price in accordance with changes in foreign exchanges rates and changes in prices for services. The rate that you pay when you reserve your tour will protect you against future currency fluctuations; on the other hand, no price adjust (refund) will be made based upon change in tour prices
All purchases will be confirmed with one business day after purchase.
All tours require a minimum number of passengers to operate. You will be notified prior to departure time if cancellation is necessary.
Changes to Reservations: A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary will be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.
Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
15 days or more prior to departure - no penalty
8-14 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
Within 7 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a scheduled trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every effort to maintain normal operations.
The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of the tour.
