We took tour starting Wednesday (August 5) from Flushing, NY. The tour guide Judy was wonderful and very friendly and took personalized care of everybody. I had fallen a bit sick on the tour, she went to great lengths to make me comfortable, because of which i quickly recovered and went about the tour as planned. She is a great asset and systematic, gives clear-cut instructions, cautions people on what not to do and keeps track of everyone. Our second tour guide on the last day just for New York city Sean was equally wonderful and very skilled at driving in Manhattan roads on crowded summer weekends. Knows the city thoroughly and was very caring with clear instructions. One suggestion I would give is to include central park instead of Saint Patrick church. The church's architecture can be shown from outside.

Tour guides Shawn and Ricki were amazing. All the attractions were covered as planned. I have undergone multiple tours but accent was hard to follow at times but didn’t have problems this time at all. Food considerations were noted and they stopped at appropriate place. They were very knowledgeable and informative.

Our family had the best time. Best NYC based tour guide team, knew what we needed before we did!!! Will do other trips with them in the future. From airport pickup (we missed our flight in but they organised a pickup) to airport drop off, their experienced drivers and guides didn't leave any stone unturned for us and the whole bus. This is our second bus tour. This time, we had taken five day Washington DC, Philadelphia, Buffalo, Niagara Falls, Boston, New York tour. Our tour guide, Judy, was very well informed, great communications about pickup and drop off. Judy ensured that stops were planned at regular intervals for convenience of customers. Just felt that NY city (every thing) was covered within 6 hours which i felt little short. Could have given more time for New York City tour and walking tour.
