I took this tour with my family and I had a wonderful time, probably the best tour I've had. Our guide's name is Jack and he was very accommodating, funny, and always kept us entertained despite the fast-paced tour. Our driver Peter was also amazing and found the quickest ways to reach our destination regardless of obstacles. Unforgettable experience!
The eastern Europe tour (blue line) that started from Frankfurt Germany for 7 days was great. Our tour guide Tang Lex was a GREAT TOUR GUIDE and he did EXCELLENT JOB timing, planning, quick responding when we need help, joking. Our group also great take caring others having fun. It was a wonderful tour. And worth of our money and time.
This is a very good tour operator that I have got from Taketours so far compare with several tour that I had join in the US West & East Coast up to Canada. The 7 days East Europe tour visited 7 countries was better organized in terms of: 1. Good bus condition. 2. Better timing, always stop in rest area after 2 hours travelling. 3. Mostly stayed at the hotel where breakfast is included. 4. Stop at the rest area for lunch where a lot of restaurant are available. 5. Starts in front of Frankfurt (Main) Hauptbahnhof make It easy to join It. Andy who was our tour guide from BLUE line that started 08/28/2023 and ended 09/03/2023 was excellent reliable and very responsible to all the tourist who was with him. We are giving him many many stars for a GREAT TOUR GUIDE and EXCELLENT JOB It was a wonderful tour.

Our Europe tours feature a wide range of destinations across Western, Eastern, Northern, and Southern Europe. Popular stops include Paris, London, Amsterdam, and Barcelona in Western Europe; Prague, Vienna, and Budapest in Eastern Europe; Copenhagen, Stockholm, and Oslo in Northern Europe; and Rome, Athens, and Madrid in Southern Europe. Many itineraries also include scenic regions like the Swiss Alps and the Mediterranean coast.
Most Europe tours last between 7 and 14 days. A 7-day tour is perfect for exploring one region in depth, such as Western Europe or the Mediterranean, with time to enjoy the main highlights. Tours of 10 to 14 days allow you to visit multiple countries or regions, combining iconic cities and unique local experiences. For travelers with more time, we also offer extended tours that provide a comprehensive journey across several parts of Europe.
All travelers need a valid passport. U.S. citizens can visit most European countries visa-free for up to 90 days, but will need ETIAS authorization starting in 2026. U.S. green cardholders must follow the visa rules for their passport country. Most Asian passport holders (like China or India) need a Schengen visa, while citizens of Japan, South Korea, and Singapore do not, but will also need ETIAS from 2026. Always check current entry requirements before booking.
Yes, most European cities charge a nightly tourist or city tax, usually paid directly at your hotel or accommodation. The amount varies by city and country, typically ranging from €1 to €7 per person, per night. Some destinations, like Venice, may also charge a separate city entrance fee for day visitors. These fees are not usually included in tour prices, so it’s a good idea to check with your accommodation or tour provider in advance.
The best departure cities for Europe tours are major hubs like Paris, London, Amsterdam, and Frankfurt. These cities offer the most frequent and affordable international flights, extensive train and bus connections, and easy access to top European destinations. Paris and Amsterdam are especially popular for their central location and excellent transport links, while Frankfurt is known for competitive airfares.
