An amazing experience! Soaking in Chena Hot Springs was magical. The Arctic Circle Drive Expedition was thrilling. The guide was helpful with aurora photos. Only minor point: the snowmobile time felt a bit short. Highly recommended!
The itinerary was excellent, especially the unique Arctic Circle Fly & Drive Adventure! The guide was knowledgeable. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Great value for an unforgettable aurora-chasing trip.
Loved this tour and our tour guide Charlie. We had to get up and do a lot of walking but we saw so many wonderful sights and we had a lot of fun in the sprinter van. It felt like a family trip with 14 people. Charlie gave us lots of history along the way and this helped pass the hours during long drives.
The tour was short and excellent. It covered everything that could be done in LA. Guide was informative and quite witty. He made suggestions for eating options as well. He was super helpful and made sure everyone was comfortable, especially as we were travelling with our infant. Would definitely recommend this tour!
Tour guides Shawn and Ricki were amazing. All the attractions were covered as planned. I have undergone multiple tours but accent was hard to follow at times but didn’t have problems this time at all. Food considerations were noted and they stopped at appropriate place. They were very knowledgeable and informative.
Chandler was our Tour Guide for this 3D2N Tour. He is an excellent guide, a joy to be with, considerate yet very responsible and well-respected. He knows so well what he is doing, giving us clear guidelines and instructions, which made our tour smooth and enjoyable. The driver was also friendly and on time for pickup. We went to several places as mentioned in the mandatory fee and did most of the optional tours, including the Watkins Glen Park, Congress Tour, and even the amazing Hot Air balloon, which we enjoyed so much. I highly recommend this 3D2N Tour to my family, friends, and anyone who loves US History and geography, nature lovers, and anyone who loves outdoor activities. I have been with Take Tours for almost 20 years now, bringing friends and families in groups. This is a good family and friends bonding, too.
We recently took the 2-day Niagara Falls trip departing from Parsippany, NJ, and it was a wonderful experience! Choosing a bus tour over driving ourselves was definitely the right choice. It allowed us to sit back, relax, and trust our highly experienced driver. Our tour guide, Mr. Leo, was fantastic and shared fascinating historical facts at every single stop. Our driver was also excellent and very professional. Together, they made the entire journey incredibly pleasant. The local guide we had in Buffalo was equally informative. I also loved the group of people traveling with us—everyone was friendly, helpful, and full of smiles, making the environment feel safe and happy. The logistics were seamless. The bus was exceptionally clean, the rest stops were well-timed, and the hotel accommodations were very good. The International Food Mall at Niagara was a major highlight because it catered to everyone. As a vegetarian, I appreciated having familiar options like Subway and Papa Johns, while my husband thoroughly enjoyed a chicken meal at an excellent Indian restaurant inside the mall. (Bringing our own water and snacks also proved to be very helpful!).The itinerary was packed with breathtaking sights. Watkins Glen was beautiful, featuring a scenic trek that was exciting but not overly difficult. Niagara Falls is very beautiful. From the Cave of the Winds and the Power Plant visit to the Maid of the Mist, the stunning night illumination, and the Buffalo city guided tour, everything was superb. We even took the optional hot air balloon ride, which was absolutely amazing! To keep things running smoothly, it is definitely essential for everyone to follow the guide’s timeline. We have traveled with TakeTours multiple times now, and they continue to prove they are a trustworthy, high-quality agency.Suggestions for Improvement:I highly recommend adding more 1-day and 2-day itineraries (such as Atlantic City, Washington D.C., NYC, or Amish Country) with dedicated pickup and drop-off options in or near Edison, NJ. Many international visitors and local residents live in this area and would love to travel, but traveling into New York City for an early morning pickup or a late-night drop-off can be quite difficult and exhausting. Adding a central New Jersey hub like Edison would undoubtedly attract many more customers.
